About:
PASI (Public Authority for Social Insurance) is a mixed-use development located midway between the airport and the city of Muscat. The development covers a total area of approximately 37,000 square metres. It comprises a three-level basement with podium slab, over which the PASI HQ building, office building and eight residential blocks with over 600 units are constructed, together with soft and hard landscaping, external parking, road works and external services. The recreation facilities comprise an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and children’s playground. The total gross built-up area of the development is approximately 214,500 square metres.
